Founder & CEO
Omar founded Hands On Home Assistance with a commitment to providing dependable, compassionate care while creating an agency that families and caregivers can trust. He oversees the company's strategic direction, growth, partnerships, and overall operations while remaining closely involved with the clients, families, and community partners the agency serves.
Jolene
Nurse Practitioner & Revenue Cycle Manager
As a Nurse Practitioner, Jolene brings valuable clinical knowledge and healthcare experience to Hands On Home Assistance. She oversees the agency’s revenue cycle and billing operations, helping ensure services are properly documented, accurately billed, and compliant with payer requirements. Her combination of clinical expertise and operational oversight helps support quality care while keeping services running smoothly for our clients, caregivers, and families.
Hayley
HHA Systems & Onboarding Manager
Hayley oversees many of the systems and processes that keep Hands On Home Assistance running efficiently. She helps coordinate client and caregiver onboarding, manages HHA Exchange processes, supports staff training, and works to continuously improve internal workflows. Her focus is making sure our team has the tools and processes needed to provide clients and caregivers with a smooth experience.
Chloe
Intake Coordinator
Chloe helps guide new clients, families, and caregivers through the process of getting started with Hands On Home Assistance. From the initial referral through intake and preparation for services, she helps gather the necessary information, answer questions, and coordinate the next steps. Her goal is to make joining Hands On Home Assistance as welcoming and straightforward as possible.
Malak
Authorization & Client Service Coordinator
Malak helps ensure client services continue smoothly by managing authorizations, insurance plan updates, extensions, and other important case information. She works closely with clients, caregivers, case managers, and insurance plans while also assisting with new case staffing and required documentation. Her attention to changing case details helps our team stay proactive and maintain continuity of care.
Julia
Administrative & Timesheet Support
Julia supports our team by reviewing and organizing caregiver timesheets and helping ensure required documentation is complete and accurate. She assists with resolving missing information and keeping records organized so that services can be processed efficiently.
Elysia
Administrative & Timesheet Support
Elysia helps keep our administrative operations organized by processing, scanning, filing, and maintaining caregiver timesheets and other important documentation. Her behind-the-scenes support helps our office maintain accurate records and ensures information is available when our team needs it.
