Meet Our Team
Omar Kassab
Founder
Omar Kassab's journey into caregiving was driven by a personal family experience. He understands first hand the hardship of finding the right caregiver for a close family member or loved one as he had to do this for his own family. After struggling to find reliable, compassionate caregivers who truly understood the unique needs of his family, Omar decided to create a company that would provide the same level of care that he wanted for his own family. He’s been in the business of caregivers for close to 10 years. Omar enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and listening to audio books and podcasts.
Jolene Kassab
Nurse Practitioner
Jolene Kassab brings over a decade of medical experience to her role as our in-house Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science in nursing degree from Michigan State University where she went on to work in the cardiac intensive care unit at Corewell Health for 5 years before furthering her education. She went on to attend the University of Michigan where she completed her Masters of Science in Nursing. Jolene is a certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and currently serves as our agency supervisor, overseeing all of our participants and caregivers. She also practices Internal Medicine at Corewell Health Royal Oak Campus. For fun, Jolene enjoys being outdoors, working out and spending quality time watching football or playing sports with her family.
Jennifer
Senior Wellness Instructor
Jennifer assists us at Hands On Home Assistance as a dedicated yoga and wellness instructor specializing in senior stretching and gentle movement exercises. She is passionate about helping older adults improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and overall well-being through safe, supportive, and encouraging sessions tailored specifically for seniors.
Hayley
HHA System & Onboarding Manager
Hayley supports Hands On Home Assistance by managing our HHAeXchange system and coordinating caregiver onboarding. With a background in business analytics, data systems, and administrative operations, she helps ensure accurate scheduling, organized documentation, and a smooth onboarding experience for new caregivers joining our team. Hayley brings strong technical and organizational skills that help keep our care operations running efficiently
